Orientation: Being a large-scale comprehensive international regional expo,
China Jilin • Northeast Asia Investment and Trade Expo is approved by the State
Council of P. R. China and sponsored by Ministry of Commerce of P. R. China, Office
of the Leading Group of the State Council for Revitalizing the Old Industrial Bases of
Northeast and Other Areas of China and People's Government of Jilin Province. The
Expo is an active action which China takes to promote the bilateral economic and
trading cooperation between China and the other Northeast Asian countries, with a
view to establishing the long-term platform where China and the other Northeast
Asian countries enjoy mutual benefits, interchange and communication, and opening
and development
Theme: Opportunity, interchange, cooperation and development
Aim: To establish cooperation platform, create the brand of inviting investment, display the image of the region and promote common development of all the parties concerned.
Principle: To stress economic efficiency, upgrade the level of opening, integrate
essence of all parties and highlight the special characteristics of Northeast Asia, with
an economical and plain style and warm and orderly atmosphere.
Contents: With the theme of Northeast Asia Area regional cooperation and
revitalization of old industrial bases in Northeast China, and with a view to highlighting
the regional characteristics of Northeast China and Northeast Asia, the expo is open
to business circles all over the world and is composed mainly of three parts, namely
commodity trade, investment and cooperation, special international conferences and
business day activities, and some secondary parts like cultural and sport exchanges,
etc..
Commodity trade:Demonstrating the famous, advantageous and special
products of all the provinces in China and Northeast Asian countries, inviting a large
number of domestic and overseas businessmen for trade discussions, establishing
trading platforms between China and Northeast Asian countries and the world.
Investment and cooperation talks:
Organizing Northeast Asian countries and some of the provinces and cities in China to introduce projects, investment environment and policies, to publish the information of inviting outside investments, inviting different types of investment organizations and investors from home and abroad to participate in the Expo and carry out business talks in varied ways to expand investment and cooperation.
Special international conferences:
Holding the 2nd Forum on Economic Cooperation in Northeast Asia Area, the 11th Conference of Local Government Leaders in Northeast Asia and Business Day between China and other five Northeast Asian countries to facilitate the dialogue, exchange and cooperation in the area and discuss new modes and new ways of further strengthening the economic cooperation in Northeast Asia Area.

Changchun International Convention and Exhibition Center
There are now six exhibition halls of A, B, C, D, E, and F in Changchun International Convention and Exhibition Center. With the newly built Exhibition Hall G putting into use, Changchun International Convention and Exhibition Center will have a total area of 57,600 square meters. There is also a 15,500-square-meter outdoor exhibition area, and a 6,000-square-meter ceremony square.
The Expo will try to furnish all the participants with first-rate exhibition place, first-rate security measures, first-rate service, and first-rate humanistic environment.
The Exhibition Area Layout
The 2nd China Jilin • Northeast Asia Investment and Trade Expo will set up three major exhibition areas: Commodity Trade Exhibition Area, Investment and Cooperation Exhibition Area, Tourism and Service Trade Exhibition Area, with 2,200 international standard stands.
Commodity Trade Exhibition Area
Mainly displaying the famous, advantageous and special products of Northeast Asian countries and some of the provinces, regions and cities in China, arranged by industries with products in the same industry concentrated in the same area, namely, auto and spare parts, food stuff, medicine, machinary and electronic, light textile and building materials.
Investment and Cooperation Exhibition Area
Mainly displaying the overall image, investment environment and investment projects of Northeast Asian countries and some of the provinces, regions and cities in China.
Tourism and Service Trade Exhibition Area
Mainly displaying the achievements and business opportunities in the service industry including tourism, transportation, finance and insurance in Northeast Asian countries and some of the provinces, regions and cities in China.
How to participate in the exhibition?
The enterprises of Northeast Asian countries can be arranged and organized to participate in the Expo by either themselves or their chambers of commerce; the organizer can invite some of the enterprises in these countries; the People's Government of Jilin Province can invite enterprises in other provinces of China to the Expo or the enterprises in different countries and provinces in China can sign up for the Expo by themselves.

Exhibition Stand Fees
There are 3 kinds of stands as following, which are designed and equipped at the international standard.
The standard stand: 720 USD, 6,000 Yuan RMB
Unoccupied space indoor: 72 USD, 600 Yuan RMB per square meter
Unoccupied space outdoor: 36 USD, 300 Yuan RMB per square meter
The same exhibition stand fee is applicable for all participating enterprises within or outside of Northeast Asia.
Enterprises in China are expected to pay the quoted price in RMB.
Stands Confirmation
The Expo Secretariat will examine the qualification of participating businesses based on which to confirm stands upon receiving the registration form of the Second China Jilin • Northeast Asia Investment and Trade Expo.
The participants shall pay the stand fee to the designated account of the Expo within 7 working days after receiving the confirmation letter from the Expo Secretariat.

How to participate in the Expo?
The sponsors and organizers will invite senior governmental officials, commerce officials and diplomatic envoys of different countries to the Expo; Northeast Asian countries can organize their own enterprises to the Expo; Chambers of Commerce and Trade Associations in different countries can organize businessmen and investors to participate in the Expo; the People's Government of Jilin Province will invite delegations from other provinces, regions and cities of China to the Expo or the enterprises in different countries and provinces in China can sign up for the Expo by themselves.
